Review: Chanel Vita - Lumiere

I’m working in Oxford this week, so I’m sat here at work, as we’ve ordered Nandos in…Yummm! I don’t want to go back to the hotel, as it’s boring & there’s nothing to watch till Desperate Housewives at 10pm. I’m just downloading Google Chrome so that I can watch Youtube on my laptop…I just hope it works! There’s also a new episode of Gossip Girl up, so I really want to watch that too.

Ok, so on to the review. I have wanted his foundation for ages, and I mean ages. Ever since I started watching pixiwoo on YouTube. Before, my skin was too oily for the foundation, and so I would’ve got shiny straight away….I didn’t actually have to do anything for the ‘dewy’ look, as I had it within an hour of applying my foundation! I absolutely loved the Chanel Matte Lumiere to control oil, and stay matte, with a nice finish all day. I never actually ever touched up. A typical day for me is 9-5, then the gym…So that’s saying something about the lasting power of the foundation.

Once my skin became dry with the Roaccutane I was so happy that the foundation was finally right for my skin type. I went in so many times to get the foundation, but they never had my colour…Finally, they got stock in. I can’t remember the colour I am now, as the bottle is back at the hotel, but it was a shade darker than my Matte Lumiere, and I’m 20 in that. I would say it’s still a bit too light. That’s easily rectifiable though, as if you want a foundation to match, I’ve found the best thing to do is add a little colour match foundation – I use Boots Intelligent Colour foundation as it’s nice and light. Anyways, so the foundation…I think I had so many high expectations of it that I was a little disappointed. The texture is nice, but a little thick for my liking and it does not go on well with a stippling brush, I had to swap to my old foundation brush I think it’s a 197? It’s not easy to blend. I can’t remember. The lasting power is not as good as the Matte Lumiere, as I can see the red-ness show around my nose half way through the day. The finish isn’t as nice either…I felt it looked like I have foundation on, rather than a nice, natural finish. I have only used it for 2 day and already I am breaking out with it, so it’s making me not want to use it. The plus points of the foundation is the coverage, it definitely gives you the ‘flawless’ look, and also you only have to set it with a light dusting of powder…nothing too heavy like Mac StudioFix, more like a Mineralise Skin Finish.

So far, out of my three new foundations I’ve purchased, I like the Revlon Photoready the best. However, the glitter particles are a little annoying as they maybe good for photos, but everyday life…Not so much! I still wear it all the time though!!

Enjoy your evening everyone…

Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche

Omg this smells so good! I went into boots as I really wanted to try Vitalumiere which I got - I'll do a review on it, along with a review on Revlon Photoready foundation sometime this week. Anyways, I sprayed myself with the perfume as Tanya from pixi2woo(love her!) kept going on about how nice it was. I totally agree. It's so lovely! I'm going to have to buy it. My next perfume purchase was going to be Victor Rolf Flowerbomb but I've changed my mind. It's so clean smelling, but still feminine as I find usually the cleaner smells have a bit of a masculine undertone.
Smell it when you get the chance...!

John Frieda Root Awakening Shampoo & Conditioner

I purchased these on a 2 for £6 in my recent Boots haul. I was hoping for stronger and thicker hair, but instead I got lank, greasy hair. No matter how much I washed the conditioner out, it wouldn't come out. I gave up...! Then when I went to style it, it was lank, heavy and felt unclean. My fringe was all bit-y and just wrong. I had to go and shampoo it again with a different shampoo just to be able to style it.
If it was just my hair, fair enough but the same thing happened to my mums hair too.
Overall, a waste of £6. Although, the blue volume John Frieda shampoo is really good.

HQHAIR Review

Hey Guys,

My hqhair.com stuff came the other day. I didn’t really want to do a post where I just showed you what it looked like, I wanted to do a review on the stuff.
I bought Mario Badescu healing cream, Bedhead Queen for a day and Moroccan oil hair treatment.

Mario Badescu Healing Cream
First things I noticed about this cream was the colour, texture and smell. As you can see from the pics below, it’s a greeny/yellowy colour, and the texture is light to touch, but when you put on your skin, a little goes a long way. The smell is really herbal-y, and I like those kinds of smells so I liked it. Its not offensive in anyway, so I don’t think anyone can dislike it. So, the important part – results! When I first started using it, my skin was quite dry and flaky. It cleared that up overnight. (Just a side note – it’s either my new Clearasil wash or Photofinish foundation which is really drying my skin. I’m going to do a trial to see which one it is!) Secondly, when I woke up in the morning, the redness had subsided as with Roaccutane because your skin is so sensitive, it looks flushed a lot of the time, but I’ve heard it goes when you stop (Phew!). The main reason I bought this cream is for acne scarring, for that I don’t think I’ve used it enough times to see a huge difference. It’s a nice product, but time will tell if it does what its meant to.

Bedhead Queen for a day Volumising spray.
This is so far my fave product from the order. It smells gorgeous & fruity, it volumises the hair, and leaves hair nice and shiny. Its an all round great product.
Moroccan Oil.
Ok, I cant really see much difference with this yet. That could be because I've only used it once since I got it, so I will have to come back to rave or rant about this product! The box is in the photo above, so I wont put another one up! It smells lush though.

Ok, thats my little review...By the way, if you want to order anything from the site, I have a code: TIMETOPACK. You get a free sample pack with an order over £10.

Take care...Love from MyFrostedWorldXXX

The Volcano

Hey Guys!

I hate this volcano with the stupid name...Eyjafjallajokull volcano in Iceland. How do you even say that?!
Anyways, the reason being my parents are stuck in Lisbon. Well, they're currently on a train from Lisbon to Hendaye, from which they'll take either a flight or train to Paris/Calais, then from there come back to England...A 2 hour flight, is taking days to get back home.
We're going to have to either drive to Dover or if they get a flight, we'll drive to Glasgow or somewhere up North.

The bain of my life!
Has anyone else been affected by the volcano???

Monthly Boots Haul

It was the 15th of the month yesterday, so I got paid..This means Boots time!! I just don't know why I feel I have to go every month..I spend about £40 on just random stuff I don't even need, but want :-s I just see the 3 for 2's or the Buy One Get One Free's and have to take advantage.

So at the moment they have the 3 for 2 on all skin care. I love these, it gives me the opportunity to buy stuff I wouldn't normally...My head is thinking about the freebie!

I bought these 3 in the skincare offer:

Clearasil wash - I just love scrubs with salicylic acid in, but didn't need another one. I didn't even know why I bought this with everything else on offer. However, I just washed my face with this, and omg it's left my skin so clean and soft. The exfoliating particles are really nice and fine, so when you scrub, you can feel it scrubbing away anything dry and flakey and yucky!!
I've been looking for an eye treatment for so long, everything I buy makes my eyes puffy in the morning as it's too rich. So, I thought a rollerball pen must be quite light and nice. Also, I've heard quite positive things about it so we'll see. I'll do a review once I've used it for a while to make a judgement.
Soap&Glory mask...I'm sorry, I just love their packaging! I'm such a sucker for these kinds of things! AND to think I have a degree in Business & Marketing...Lol! It sounds good though, it heats up, and turns blue onces its done..I'll be using this tomorrow after the steam room :-)

Next up I bought John Frieda Root Awakening Shampoo & Conditioner. It's 2 for £6. After the Phytojoba (which I gave to my aunt), I've just been using whatever is in the bathroom - so at the moment I'm using Treseme. My mum loves it, but I'm not a huge fan, so I needed a new shampoo and conditioner. This is meant to strengthen & feed your hair from the roots. Sounded good...!

Then I bought some evening primrose oil capsules. Until I started roaccutane, I couldn't swallow tablets, so I was taking evening primrose oil liquid from Boots. Although the taste was tolerable, I prefer tablets now. Boots are the only place that do them vegetarian. I love evening primrose oil, it has so many benefits for the ladies lol! http://www.vitaminuk.com/pages/articles/eveningprimroseoil.htm is quite a simple article, but if you google it, you'll find loads about it. Great for the skin, and other girly things!

Finally, I got Revlon Photoready foundation. Ok, so I was just looking at the foundation, the texture etc...as I noticed it was on offer for £9.99, and heard so much about it. Then a lady came up to me, and gave me her £2 off voucher...She was like "Here you are, I don't want anything!". I loved her! So, I ended up only paying £7.99 for it! I wasn't even going to buy it till my L'oreal HD foundation finished...How could I resist?! Ok, so I've tried, and it's a full coverage - not something I'm used to. The finish is quite glowy though, which is quite nice it must be the glitter that I heard lollipop26 mention, I agree that you can only see it in daylight. I don't really mind it. I finished it off with my yellow Virgin Vie powder as I didn't need any further coverage. It's nice...Not great...Although I may change my mind after wearing it for a whole day, and not 5minutes lol! I'm colour no.5 by the way. The photo's I was taking kept reflecting, and not coming out clear, but everyone knows what it looks like :-)

Hope everyone has a great weekend...Enjoy the weather!!

An amazing side effect of Roaccutane

Since I've increased my dose to 40mg, I've found more drying, esp at the side of my lips :-s I have to pile on the vaseline, Carmex and Aqueous cream to avoid yucky dry bits. It's horrid :-s It's clearing up the scars quite well too, which I'm really happy about.
However, something which I'm really happy about is my hair. As the roaccutane is getting rid of the oil in my body, it's also making my hair less greasy...Like seriously no grease!! I've not washed it since Tuesday and it's STILL not greasy..I've been to the gym and everything. Omg I sound so dirty lol but I've been feeling so lazy - it's  not a regular thing for me...!! It's so good not having to wash my hair everyday, and having to tie it up on the second day as it's too greasy to keep down. I haven't had to use dry shampoo at all. This is great stuff. Also, you would think this would make my hair dry/brittle looking, but nope, it's actually shiny and healthier which is also some kind of amazing side effect. Now all I need is for it to grow and I'll call Roaccutane the miracle drug :-)

Just had to share this...

My shoes are HERE!!! :D

...and I love them so much!! Without further / much (?) a do..I think thats how the saying goes?! Here are the pictures...

When the package came, it was so small...I knew they were 'folding' shoes, but I didnt think they'd be so tiny lol! Great for travelling and storing away. The Sex and the City packaging is so cute, I wont be throwing this shoe box away!! You only get one black pouch though, which can only fit one shoe which is a little weird...but nevermind! The detailing is great, with the soles and insides being well desgined too:

These shoes are really comfortable too. I've been walking around the house in them, with my pyjamas on...as you do, and I didn't want to take them off!! I wish they weren't so expensive (£48.94 with P&P) otherwise I would've bought the Charlotte shoes too (http://www.redfootrevolution.co.uk/new-charlotte-p-89.html).
I also really like this one: http://www.redfootrevolution.co.uk/black-rose-corsage-p-90.html and this one http://www.redfootrevolution.co.uk/new-hot-pink-p-86.html . Although, they're all a little cheaper at £39.99. I get paid next week so I might end up buying them :-s lol!

Ok, I'm off to the gym now...I'm actually enjoying it at the moment. I've learnt how to use the Powerplate, and omg I love it lol! I don't want to say anything else about it, because no matter how I phrase it ...the words 'vibrating' and 'vibrations' just makes it sound naughty lol!

Have a great weekend, and enjoy the sun :-)

boohoo haul

I'm still waiting for my Sex and the City shoes, but my boohoo.com parcel came today :-)
I only bought 3 things, so it's a mini haul :-s

I've wanted a pair of denim harems for a while, these are o-kaayy, because the ones I have in my head I can not find anywhere...Does anyone else do that?! Have an idea of an item in their head that you haven't actually seen?! Searching for something that may not exist is very difficult...

http://www.boohoo.com/FashionClothing/index.php?id=AZZ88233&code=AZZ88233-106-24&size=16&color=BLUE
£15.99.

The second item is a holey vest. It's paired with the above jeans in grey, but I ordered it in turquoise. I wish I got the grey now...Nevermind! I just thought, I'm always in grey/black/neutrals so wanted colour.

Then I got this cardi - It's only £8 and I love it!! Great colour, and I love the mesh look cardigans. I'll be buying some different colours in this style. I always do this with cardigans...I have every colour in the Zara cardigans :-s
http://www.boohoo.com/FashionClothing/index.php?id=AZZ89267&code=AZZ89267-155-18&size=10&color=PINK - £8

Unfortunately, I have no discount codes for boohoo at the moment :-( If anyone else has, please let me know!

TAG: 40 Beauty Questions

I love answering these questions...

How many times do you wash your face daily?

Twice. Once in the morning, and once in the evening to wash my makeup off. Oh then I wash it with water alone when I have my nightly bath…Three?!

What skin type do you have?
Used to be oily, but is now dry/sensitive.

What is your current facial wash?
Clarins Shea Butter cleanser and Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser.

Do you exfoliate?
Oh gosh yeah, if I haven’t exfoliated or hot cloth-ed my skin at least once a day, I feel dirty…!

What brand do you use?
The Sanctuary radiance exfoliator, and Clarins Doux peel once a week or less.

What moisturiser do you use?
Decleor HydraFloral. This is the best moisturiser in the world..EVER!

Do you have freckles?
Nope.

Do you use an eye cream?
I want to, but I cant find one that doesn’t leave my eyes looking puffy in the morning. I’ll just stick to a balm or oil, it seems to be working fine.

Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Oh god yeah, hence the Roaccutane

Did you ever have to use Pro-Activ?
Nope, its apparently like using paint stripper on your face :-s

What foundation do you use?
At the moment L’oreal Studio Secrets HD foundation, finished with MAC StudioFix(NC35). I love Chanel foundations though, you can not beat them.

How about concealer?
I don’t use concealer.

Do you know your undertone colour?
I’m yellow…Like the sun!

What do you think of fake eyelashes?
Wore them once on a night out, and they were off within an hour! I am very bad at putting them on too. I would like to try them again though, they look so good!

Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes…But I don’t listen!

What brand of mascara do you use?
Lancome Hypnose.

Sephora or M.A.C?
MAC. Sephora is a fun store, but I buy loads more MAC!

Do you have a M.A.C Pro-card?
In my dreams!!

What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Brushes! I love the MAC stippling brush – 187 I think? And the 217 is the best for eye shadow blending.

Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
I didn’t till I realised how amazing Urban Decay Primer Potion is. My makeup stays on...All day and night!! Rubenesque paintpot brings all colours out, it’s gorgeous.

For the face?
No, I don’t like them. I’ve tried Smashbox photo finish, Perfekt and Laura Geller Spackle and all of them left my makeup looking patchy and weird. Of the three, the Laura Geller one was the best.

What is your favourite eye shadow (colour or shade)?
Uuurrmmmm this is difficult…MAC Satin Taupe and Shroom …I could go on, but they’re my ‘go to’ colours.

Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
Both. Pencil everyday, and liquid liner when I have time.

How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
I don’t.

What do you think of pigment eye shadows?
They’re so pretty, but very messy. They’re so good wet, esp Melon by MAC – it’s a great every day colour.

Do you use mineral makeup?
Not really, I have a few shadows, and I love the mineralize skin finishes – I have by candlelight..It’s gorgeous! However, they're just for now and then.

What is your favourite lipstick?
I don’t actually wear lipstick, so I don’t have a favourite. Everytime I hand in my MAC empties for a free one, it’s my mums 

How about lipgloss?
MAC florabundance and Chanel I wish I knew the name of it, but its like a clear, creamy, golden-y gloss...

What is your favourite blush to use?
Again, I don’t wear blush….It just looks weird on me so I don’t have a fave!

Do you buy your makeup on eBay?
I have done. A limited edition MAC mineral eye shadow, and it wasn’t worth it! It was not fake, all brand new in box, but the colour pay off was rubbish! Oh, and the amazing 120 pro colour palette.

Do you like drugstore makeup?
I really don’t! I think they don’t last as long, the colour pay-off isn’t as good, and the ingredients aren’t as high quality as the more expensive brands.

Do you go to CCO's? (Cosmetic Company Outlets)
I want to…I dream of going to one…!!

Did you ever consider taking make up classes?
With YouTube, who needs makeup classes? I’ve learnt so much from the makeup gurus. I’ve learnt to do makeup like a pro, all thanks to the YouTube guys…Thanks :-)

Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
Not with the tape trick ;-)

Name a makeup crime that you hate?
I hate people who wear foundation that isn’t their colour…either too light or too dark…It looks so bad, ESPECIALLY when it isn’t carried down to the neck. Get colour checked! Oh and a full face of heavy eyes and lips…Tone it down, you’re not a clown!!

Do you like colourful shades of makeup (lipstick, eye shadow) or neutral ones?
Depends on my mood, and outfit…Both!!

Which celebrity always has great make up?
Jennifer Lopez is the best…the glow and the bronze, smoky eye is gorgeous. I love Kim Kardashian’s look too…All smoky and sexy ;-)

If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item, what would you use?
Foundation.

Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
I do, but I don’t like it!

Do you think you look good even without any make up on?
I look ok, but I prefer me with foundation on! Everything else I can do without.

In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
MAC & Chanel - Tied.

What do you think of Makeup?
It’s the best thing ever invented…After wheel and all that good stuff we need to live! I love it! It makes so many people feel better about themselves, allows people to be experimental with their look, and gives you confidence.

I tag anyone who wants to do it!

Do you want a new job???

I wish I was a fashion buyer...Or something fun like that!! I am so so bored... :-(

I'm being pro-active about it - applying for new jobs, going for interviews and brushing up on my skills. So I thought I would share the knowledge I have gained form here and there thus far.

With interviews, even if you're not all that interested in the role - ALWAYS go. The experience is really good, and the feedback you gain is essential for you to improve for when you do go for the job you want.

I recently went for an interview for a job I knew I wasn’t going to get. However, the lady interviewing me really liked me and actually arranged a meeting between us for me to improve so that I could gain the skills to get onto her team. From this meeting, I learnt a few tips that I thought I would share, and add my own little bits in too!

When answering questions, a good process to go through is the STAR technique:

S – Situation - Describe the situation.

T - Task or Target - what was the goal or objective?

A - Action - What you did? How? When? Who with?

R - Result – Explain what happened using specifics and measurements.

Where you can, give quantifiable examples – e.g. I did so and so, and it saved the company £x a month in expenditure.

A lot of the time, interviewers are looking at your core competencies. Where you can, always show that you have the following qualities.

• Focuses on Solutions – How did you improve a WRONG process?

• Understands the Business

• Organises and plans ahead

• Learns and shares knowledge - Have you had any problems where you couldn’t solve it the first time?

• Manages Others

• Manages Relationships – Worked with people in other parts of the organisation?

• Focuses on the customer

• Manages self

• Adapts to change

• Delivers results – Delivered great customer service?

These competencies obviously vary in different industries. For example, if you were in sales, maintaining relationships, focuses on the customer, and delivers results would be the key competencies I would say you require. I find it really helpful to keep these things in mind when answering questions, so that if I get stuck, I can think of a competency and make sure I’m hitting it. Always brush up on possible systems they may use in the role, so that if they ask you about it, even if you have never used it, you know about it. It’s very important to show that you have done your research.

Another great tip I got from a friend was have a number of examples in your head that you want the employer to know about you. For example in your previous job, you created a system which made the job in hand more efficient. Then, when the questions come up, you can pick and choose your examples accordingly.

Strength & Weakness questions – These are the questions I hate the most! It’s so difficult to show how you’re bad at something, without making yourself look bad, or strengths without looking big headed! I always use the same examples lol:

Strengths – I believe my greatest strength is my communications skills, and ability to get on with all sorts of people. Which I then obviously elaborate on.

Weakness – being a perfectionist with my work, and not wanting to leave a job undone.
I have found a lot of great examples when I googled this, so it’s worth a try.

Another bit I hate is, at the end of an interview when they ask if you have any further questions. I always think NO! I have learnt though that you should have some questions prepared. I always ask what career progression is like at the company, or within the department. Then when they answer that question, I ask more according to what they have said. Saying this shows that you’re interested in staying within the company, and you’re ambitious and want to progress (so I’ve been told…!)

Clothes and Makeup – Depending on the role, and the company I think the dress code varies. For example, going for a fashion based role is going to require a more ‘funky’ dress code, to say a financial role. With retail/fashion roles, I think it’s essential to stay smart, but have a funky top, shoes and bag so your personal style shines through. With a more ‘serious’ role, I would dress in a shirt/trouser combo or a suit. I personally hate suits, so I would team my outfit up with a cardigan, and would wear a belt and smart shoes and bag. Don’t wear shoes which are too high and uncomfortable, you don’t want to be hobbling around, and you most definitely do not want to trip over…Omg, imagine the embarrassment…lol!
For makeup, I would go as natural as possible. If you wear too much, it’s going to detract away from your talents. People may be put off, as you do not know the person who is going to interview you. A full face of natural looking makeup is my answer lol! I would use foundation and finish off with a light powder, eyeliner and mascara (if you use it), and make sure your eyebrows are groomed. I would avoid any bright coloured lipsticks, stick to neutrals or a light gloss. Have your hair looking groomed. If you have your hair straight, make sure you hairspray (Elnett Flexible is great!) it down to avoid messy fly-aways. If it’s curly, make sure you use a serum to keep it looking neat, and frizz free (John Frieda Frizz-Ease is great for this). A neat bun or pony tail would also look really smart should you wish to tie your hair up.
If you are going to an interview in a different city/town, take all your essentials with you so you can freshen up when you get there. Always remember a spare shirt (in case of an accidental coffee spillage :-s ), deodorant, umbrella, a pair of comfy shoes for walking around in, as you never know when travelling, and your makeup – but try to stick it in your handbag, if you can! I take like a big, but smart over-sized bag and dump everything in! Also, give yourself at least 30mins lee-way, so in case you come into traffic or public transport lets you down (like it tends to do!), or you get lost you wont be late, or, well…too late. If you think you’re going to be late, always ring them up in advance to let them know.

Lastly, check out this site - it's great: http://www.kent.ac.uk/careers/

I hope all this helps!

Good luck :-)

Phytoba Review

I bought this shampoo a couple of weeks ago, because lollipop26 was raving about the Phytorum shampoo, and I love the Phytoil (I can't remember the exact name, but I know its the egg oil). I can't use the Phytorum, as it has alcohol, and therefore against my religion, even though it sounds fricking amazing...I really want volume-y, thick hair :-(
Anyways, as this stupid (but of course great) Roaccutane is dulling/drying my hair, I picked the shampoo for dry hair. Phytoba.
Ok, so the shampoo itself smells ok..Not nice, but not bad. It's..tolerable.
I love shampoo's which leave my hair feeling squeaky clean, whether thats good for my hair, or not I'm not sure! This shampoo leaves my hair feeling like it's coated in something, and kinda heavy which I don't like. So, I use a normal hair shampoo to begin with so it feels clean, then shampoo with they Phytoba (I'm a strong believer in the double cleanse for both skin and hair.) I then condition.
Overall, I've not seen a difference with the shampoo, in comparison to my usual Ojon or Elvive (The pink bottle, but the light version), and I really don't like the heavy/unclean feeling it leaves. I think its for someone with really dry/brittle hair, not mine (which is normal-ish!).

Hope this review helps you guys!
Lots of love

I missed my blog...

I've been working away  from home for the past few weeks, and have not had a chance to update my blog. I've actually missed it!! I've got so many new things to show and tell...!!
 1) RedFootRevolution shoes: I saw a write up on these in my latest Glamour magazine, they have the official Sex and the City shoes, and are the official footwear suppliers to Dancing on Ice. Being a huge Sex and the City fan ( I can not wait for the new film to come out, I'm so excited!!) I had to get the shoes. I love them all, but obviously love Carries character. It's really weird, because I really dislike Sarah Jessica Parker for some reason, I just don't know why..?! But yeah, so I got the Carrie shoes: http://www.redfootrevolution.co.uk/new-carrie-p-87.html I love the gold detailing, it's so cute :-) I have a 10% discount code if anyone wants a pair - ER96873 - Enjoy!

2) I had my Roaccutane checkup, and my nurse was really impressed with the results, she said it was an amazing change which I was happy about. She said I could increase my does if I wanted, or just stick to the same. I chose to increase as otherwise you have to stay on the medication for longer. I have had more side affects though - joint pain which is quite painful, but it's tolerable. My lips are a lot drier, but again easy to kept under control with vaseline and carmex. Skins still clear, but drier.

3) I have found a new mixture of products which have totally changed the skin on my body. Baby oil and Aqueous cream. Apply the oil as soon as you get out of the bath, wet. Then once thats dried in, then put the Aqueous cream on. I have found strechmarks fading, and my skin looks so much smoother, and luminous. Try it :-) Aqueous cream piled on at night over the lips or any dry areas works great, you wake up the next morning with it gone!

4) Mini haul:

New foundation: With my roaccutane, my skin has become dry, rather than oily so my Chanel Matte Lumiere no longer worked for me. It left me looking dry and dull by the end of the day. So, I went looking for a new foundation. I really wanted a HD foundation, so I tired Smashbox first but it actually started breaking me out, so I stopped because I got scared lol! Then I saw the L'oreal Studio Secrets HD foundation - £15.99 and the colour is perfect for me. It comes in a brush/pump container so you dont need a brush, but I prefer my stipling brush effect, so I pump a bit out onto my hand, stiple it on and then finish with my StudioFix. It's staying power isn't great in comparison to Chanel, which is annoying as I have to touch up during the day which I don't have to with Chanel. I may look at Chanel Vita-Lumiere or Pro-Lumiere next.

Mac Fix+: I've coveted this product for so long, I just love everything it promises...Freshens your makeup and skin. The fact that you can apply your pigments wet with it, and finishes makeup. I had a wedding to goto on Friday, and I sprayed it on after I applied my makeup, and it did actually keep my makeup on all day (Even the foundation!). So, I was pretty impressed. I want to try it now with pigments.

Bedhead Shine Spray: Ok, I know I said I wasn't going to buy any more hair products, but blame my hairdresser!! Lately, my hair has been quite dull looking (Roaccutane :@) and so when I went to have my hair cut, my hairdresser pointed it out. So, she recommended this shine spray. I thought in my head, do I have a shine spray, and I don't. I did have the Lee Stafford mini's, but they had finished, so I didnt have one. This one is serum-like, and smells so good!! It actually worked, my hair looked shiny!! I really liked it! I did regret buying it, but when I used it, I was happy with the result so it worked out well. I have decided to throw away all the hair products I don't use, or give them away. No ways am I going to be able to do a project 10 pan lol!

I think that's it for now...
